FAQ's
Why should I use Creative Cabinetry, Inc over a stock cabinetry
distributor?
-
One word--
"CHOICE". We plan with you what you NEED; and we build
for you what you WANT. Our work is custom
designed, custom fabricated and custom
fitted for your exclusive project. YOU
maintain flexibility in your design, layout, materials,
and finish selection. We offer the BEST in design and
workmanship for a CHOICE PRODUCT using CHOICE MATERIALS and

What does a
project cost?
-
There are
many factors that influence cost including, but not
limited to, size of project, complexity of design, material
selection, interior and exterior finish. Our cabinetry is built
using only the HIGHEST quality materials from TOP
manufacturers, including woods, laminates, paints, finishes,
inlays, glass, lighting, hardware. The cabinetry for a new or
completely remodeled kitchen will start at $12,000.00 and up; a
bathroom at $2,500.00 and up.

What part of town do you service?
What type of finishing options do you offer?
-
Our
EXTENSIVE selection of CHOICE materials available allow us to
offer many specialized custom finishes, styles and
embellishments, including today’s popular distressed,
worn, and glazed looks, as well as paint, stain, lacquer. Stain
and paint colors can be blended to create a truly custom
color. Our final wood finish consists of four or more coats of
catalyzed lacquer which can be applied for a glossy, satin, or
dull look.
What kind of hardware is used in your cabinetry?
-
We use
fully concealed "Blum" brand hinges and full-extension "Blum"
under mount drawer tracks. Self-closing hardware is available at
an additional cost. Exterior knobs and handles are your choice.
We have an extensive selection of special order hardware
catalogs to peruse through, or you are welcome to supply your
own. All special order hardware is an additional cost.
How long does an average job take from start to finish?
-
There are
several factors that influence time. The planning and design
phase is generally the most challenging. It is always beneficial
if you have an idea of the look you are trying to achieve. You
are welcome to bring photographs of ideas you've seen at a show,
in a magazine, in a store, or elsewhere. Once a design has been
accepted and a contract written, an average kitchen will
generally take 6-9 weeks to installation, a bathroom, 4-6 weeks.
Do you charge for design work?
-
Generally
1-4 hours of design work is included with your cabinetry order,
depending on the size of the project. If additional planning and
design work are needed, we will discuss this with you before the
work is started. We offer professional design services
and/or consultation at an hourly charge. You are
welcome to contact our design consultant for assistance with
planning your special project.
Can I watch the progress of my job while it is being built?
-
ABSOLUTELY!
Our customers are invited to visit our shop and preview the
progress of their job; however, we ask that you make a prior
appointment. Proper safety precautions must be followed prior to
entering our fabrication area; and an authorized representative
from our company must be available to escort you.
